Things haven't gone exactly as planned for Pure Fusion Collective. Under Sonya Deville's leadership, the group consisting of Shayna Baszler and Zoey Stark has certainly become more focused. While their plan is to dominate the Women's Divison on RAW, executing that plan has proved difficult. Well, Deville could change all that next week and establish PFC as a major player on the red brand.
Last week, the tournament to become the inaugural Women's Intercontinental Champion kicked off. Several talented women are vying for the title, but Sonya Deville is surprisingly nowhere to be seen. The 31-year-old recently went on a rant, clearly annoyed by her exclusion. This could all change next week, as Deville could attack and replace three-time champion, Natalya, in the tournament.
Things aren't looking good for Pure Fusion Collective right now. Shayna Baszler has already been knocked out of the tournament, and Zoey Stark will certainly have a tough time against the likes of Kayden Carter and Raquel Rodriguez. So, in the interest of making sure PFC remains in the game, Deville could stage an attack on Natalya and have Adam Pearce make her the replacement for the former two-time women's world champion and one-time women's tag team champion.

As for why she would target Natalya, it's pretty simple. The 42-year-old has been a thorn in PFC's side for quite a while and played a pivotal role in stopping the group's progress when she returned to help Lyra Valkyria and Zelina Vega. But, at the end of the day, this is nothing more than speculation.
Sonya Deville took shots at Dakota Kai after her recent win on RAW
As mentioned earlier, things haven't been going as planned for PFC, especially in the Women's Intercontinental Championship tournament. Shayna Baszler was quickly knocked out after a returning Dakota Kai managed to pin Katana Chance for the win. This was a surreal moment for Kai, but not everyone was impressed.
Already upset about her exclusion from the tournament, Sonya Deville mocked Kai and took shots at her following the win. She expressed her disbelief that Kai, who she said came back from her fourth injury in four years was being applauded and rewarded with opportunities. Meanwhile, she has been forced to the sidelines.
Clearly, Deville is not happy with how she is being treated on RAW. And that is all the more reason why she may take matters into her own hands next week. But, only time will tell.
