#1. How did Stephanie McMahon know that Triple H was attracted to her?

It's the age-old question in any relationship, who's going to make the first move? Stephanie McMahon was the daughter of the owner of the company that Triple H was employed by and it's become well-known now that McMahon had a rule about any wrestlers dating his daughter, so how did Triple H bypass this?

Stephanie was part of an interview with The Howard Stern Show back in her early years in the company and stated that she only realized that Triple H felt the same way about her when he felt her leg on WWE TV.

One time when I was standing around the ring, he sort of crawled around me, he was on the floor and he felt my leg. And I was like that’s definitely flirtation. That’s not (part of the script).

The couple then began dating, which Stephanie McMahon confirmed that her father was later alright with.

"Well, he could see what was going on. He gave us the okay and then he took it away. Because it was like if we really were gonna be together, it would have to be a big deal. It would have to be the right thing to do. And so he let us come together and then he made us be apart. And we came back together again. And if it was meant to be, you know, it was meant to be."

The couple dated for a number of years before they married back in 2003 and have since welcomed three daughters.
