Neither Stephanie McMahon nor Shane McMahon are directly associated with WWE anymore. While Stephanie makes sporadic appearances in Premium Live Events, like WrestleMania, Shane McMahon was last seen in the company at WrestleMania 39 last year. Stephanie does not have a role in the company anymore since becoming Co-CEO following the departure of Vince McMahon. Instead, her husband and WWE legend Triple H runs the company as the Chief Content Officer, alongside President Nick Khan.
As for their net worth, Stephanie McMahon has a net worth of $250 million, mostly through owning WWE stocks. According to Celebrity Net Worth, her net worth is a combined one with Triple H, but the majority belongs to her.
Shane McMahon's net worth is $200 million, per Celebrity Net Worth, and like his sister, this comes from WWE stocks. He holds about 2.5 million equity shares of WWE's common stock.
Regarding their future in the business, there is no indication that Stephanie McMahon will return to an active role anytime soon. Meanwhile, Shane McMahon apparently had talks with AEW boss Tony Khan and was linked to a move to the rival company.

Stephanie McMahon says she will be at WrestleMania 41 in April
Since stepping away from her roles in WWE, Stephanie McMahon has only made guest appearances. However, that may soon change.
The former WWE executive recently took to social media on the occasion of WWE announcing WrestleMania in Las Vegas next year. The former women's champion took to Instagram to state that she was ready for the Grandest Stage of Them All in Vegas and that she couldn't wait.
"I’m ready @tripleh! Can’t wait to be back in Vegas for the showcase of the immortals #WrestleMania 41 on April 19 & 20!!! @allegiantstadium @wwe @ticketmaster," she wrote.
As for Shane McMahon, it is unclear what his future plans are. There seems to be very little progress in Shane joining Tony Khan's AEW. However, wrestling has often proved to be an unpredictable place and things may change soon.
