In any case, both men have managed to put on good performances in any type of matches which they’ve been part of, and with no direction heading into SummerSlam, they could prove to have a good booking.

Samoa Joe has been one of WWE’s top villains, while Roman Reigns has been hailed a hero for some time. This could help write a storyline in itself which could result in an interesting and long rivalry.

Reigns defeated Joe on Raw this past week, and WWE could work on that angle to bring Joe back and put him on top over the Big Dog which will surely result in a very good match for SummerSlam at the middle of the card.
