Edge claimed that Seth Rollins had pushed him to dark places he never wanted to revisit. That's exactly what we saw at SummerSlam. Edge solidified that he had entered his dark side when he used The Brood's entrance song as he made his way to the ring.

Both wrestlers performed with excellence. The match was fast-paced and we saw some incredible moves from both wrestlers. Edge performed exceptionally well, which not many can do at the age of 47. Seth Rollins fought like a man and didn't use any dirty tactics to steal the win.

At the end of the match, we saw Seth Rollins attempting The Stomp on Edge. Edge caught Rollins' foot mid-air and hit him with The Edgucator. Later, Edge smashed Seth Rollins' head multiple times on the canvas. Edge then applied a crossface sleeper on Seth Rollins, and Rollins tapped out.

This match was arguably the best match we saw at SummerSlam 2021 where both wrestlers proved themselves to be two of the greatest of all time.
