Although there are no strong hints suggesting that Roman Reigns will be moved to SmackDown like Finn still there are reasons to speculate such a move. Reigns has been on Raw for a while now so a move to the blue brand would be fresh for him.

The last proper storyline for Reigns before his hiatus involved The Shield. Now that Ambrose is gone there may not be a long term plan for Reigns on Monday Night Raw. With Rollins as the Universal Champion, Reigns cannot be utilized as a top guy for a while.

After a win over Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, WWE would surely want to use Rollins as a major star on the red brand. They have invested a lot in Reigns over the years and would not like him to play second fiddle.
SmackDown's move to Fox will demand them to have at least a mainstream attraction on the brand. After the long hiatus of Ronda Rousey, there are fewer stars who have mainstream appeal on both brands. Thus, Reigns is a likely candidate to be moved to the blue brand.
