#2 Finn Balor
Finn Balor was once the hottest star in wrestling at various times in his career, as his run on Raw in 2016, his Bullet Club era in NJPW and NXT domination was hailed as a new chapter in every company. The best thing about Balor's rise was that fans were on board for a new star to take the bull by the horns, and when he was peaking in WWE they let him as well.
When Balor defeated Seth Rollins at SummerSlam in 2016 to win the Universal title, it was not only a glorious moment for the history books, but it was an even more significant moment for the state of WWE at that time, as the company was hearing fans voices. But in a cruel twist of destiny, Balor was injured in the match and had to vacate his title.
Since that day Balor walked out of the company as a man with a broken shoulder, and he never came back the same, as WWE lost faith in Balor with regards to him being a star capable enough to carry the company, which led to his career declining.
On Raw, Finn Balor is nothing more than a midcarder, but this should not be the case, as Balor would thrive on a different show, another brand to be exact. Smackdown Live is the safest place for Finn Balor to flourish, as WWE should take one of their brightest stars and rebuild him on the show.
#1 Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar is box office, you hear that every time Pual Heyman comes out to the ring to hype up his client, but no matter how much money Brock brings into the company, it seems like fans could not give a care in the world, as Lesnar's uninterested attitude to make a genuine effort in any of his narratives has tainted his image in the minds of fans.
But if there is one place that would make the best use of Lesnar in the WWE, it would be on Smackdown Live, as many believe WWE wants the most popular combat athletes in the company on the blue brand when they move Smackdown to FOX, so this makes the Lesnar move more possible.
Lesnar on Smackdown Live could be a great decision, as the former WWE Champion could have one off feuds that would see him only need to appear on special occasions. And with FOX wanting WWE to make Smackdown more sports orientated show, we could see matches being built up more like fights instead of storylines, that could benefit the always absent Lesnar.
