WWE Superstar Finn Balor suffered another huge loss on this week's RAW in a Money in the Bank qualifier match. He locked horns with Jey Uso and Rey Mysterio in a Triple-Threat match. The main event bout ended with Jey pinning Balor to book his spot in the MITB Ladder Match, fetching a whirlwind of reactions from fans.

Here, we look at three potential reasons why Finn Balor didn't qualify for the Men's Money in the Bank Ladder match this week on WWE RAW. So, without further ado, let's begin.

#1. Huge overlook by Triple H in deciding the Money in the Bank winner

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

WWE had confirmed that the qualifiers on RAW and SmackDown will see three superstars from each brand book their spots on the Men's and Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Matches. The creative team had already established Jey Uso as one of the top favorites to win this year's MITB contract. It would have been easy to book Finn Balor to win his qualifier match if he competed in a different bout.

If Triple H is not planning Balor's last-minute addition, The Game may have made a massive overlook while picking his next Mr. MITB. The Prince's potential fun with the briefcase could have accounted for a brilliant storyline with World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest while they worked together as part of The Judgment Day.

It would have worked as an epic catalyst in the growing tension and mistrust between Balor and Priest on RAW.

#2. Massive swerve involving Finn Balor planned for WWE Money in the Bank

Damian Priest is fresh off a successful title defense against Drew McIntyre at Clash at the Castle. To everyone's surprise, former champion Seth Rollins made a huge return on RAW this week and set his sights on reclining his gold. Priest granted The Architect a title opportunity, and the two will lock horns for the gold at Money in the Bank.

Later in the episode, Finn Balor is spotted assuring Priest that he will back him against Rollins. The Archer of Infamy repeatedly insisted that he didn't need anyone and questioned Balor's intentions on WWE RAW. Triple H may have planned an enormous betrayal that will see Balor turn on Priest after the title match at Money in the Bank to set up their feud.

Thus, the creative team could focus on creating an enormous rift between the two Judgment Day members in the coming weeks.

#3. Long-term feud to set up a blockbuster match at WWE SummerSlam

WWE has focused heavily on building several long-term rivalries to elevate the overall championship picture. Triple H may have thought it best to have Finn Balor lose a big match once again, as it could give Damian Priest ammo to question his credibility.

Balor has an extensive history with Seth Rollins, and he wouldn't appreciate repeatedly being pushed to the sidelines. Despite their differences, we may see him help Priest retain his title against Rollins.

We may then see Balor attack the Archer of Infamy on the following episode of RAW to set up their title match at SummerSlam. He could also form a secret alliance with Liv Morgan, who would help him execute the plan.
