#1 Drew McIntyre Buried Samoa Joe & Still Ended Up Being the Second Best

There were a lot of expectations from the Men's Traditional Survivor Series Elimination match. People were excited to see who gets the most eliminations and how WWE will book this match.

It started with Drew McIntyre getting jumped into a Coquina Clutch by Samoa Joe. Everyone started to think that McIntyre might get eliminated and we could have an upset. But he reversed the submission and hit a Claymore Kick to eliminate Samoa Joe. This was the first mistake that WWE made. Out of all the members on SmackDown's team, Joe was the one chosen for this spot. It doesn't make any sense and the crowd was vocal about it too when it happened.

Now after this happened, everyone definitely knew that McIntyre was going to have a big night. But that didn't happen either. Braun Strowman ended up eliminating four Superstars from the SmackDown team and just washed them out completely. It never looked like SmackDown had a chance of winning this match.

Shane McMahon was the last man eliminated by Braun Strowman because he put Braun through a table during the match. WWE could have booked this much better and gotten the same result.
