Tegan Nox calls out Dakota Kai for her actions against Candice LeRae on WWE NXT

WWE NXT Superstar Tegan Nox recently took to Twitter to call out Dakota Kai. Once close friends, these two Superstars are now embroiled in a feud due to the brutal assault that Kai committed on Nox at NXT TakeOver: WarGames.

In this week's episode of NXT, Kai had a match with Candice LeRae. During the closing moments of the match, Kai reached for Nox's knee brace that she brought along with her after she removed it from Nox's surgically repaired knee at WarGames. She tried to attack LeRae with the knee brace but was momentarily stopped by LeRae.

Candice Wrestling later won the match via disqualification when finally Kai decked her with the brace when LeRae attempted to deliver a suicide dive. Nox criticized Kai's actions by labeling it as disgusting and said that she is "out for blood".

What's next for Tegan Nox?

Tegan Nox was sidelined for almost six months as she had to undergo knee surgery for the numerous injuries that she received in her quarter-final match against Rhea Ripley in the 2018 Mae Young Classic. She returned this year in NXT and teamed up with her longtime friend Dakota Kai.

They challenged the WWE Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors in a title match but were unsuccessful in their attempt. Tegan Nox was laid out by Kai in a shocking attack during their match at WarGames and was unable to compete after being carried to a local medical facility.

As of now, there is no word yet as to when Nox might return but judging by her tweet it seems likely that she would go hunting for Kai.
