Part-time champions have become a dirty word in the world of pro wrestling and while sometimes the move is warranted, there are far too many other times when it’s not.
Fortunately for The WWE Universe, the company has fixed the problem for now, but they could very well go back to the strategy if superstars like Brock Lesnar and The Rock come back into the picture.
With that being said, there aren't a lot of options here, especially since WWE has to choose between building new talent or using guaranteed box office draw, and it's unlikely that WWE will choose to do otherwise.
Of course, the easy solution is to keep these superstars on television in at least minor roles, but who knows that if that can even be worked out.
