Not only is that low for the couple to do, it also goes against the belief that Cena is private about his life.

Whether the rumour is true or not remains to be seen, but there are a lot of good reasons why people believe it to be true. The first of the reasons is that the breakup was announced only a few days before the season premiere of Total Bellas, which makes it seem like it was just a way to promote the show.

Another reason for the claims is that Cena and Bella have supposedly reconciled with each other, which makes the break up seem even more like a coordinated strike for ratings. The icing on top, however, is the fact that the current season of Total Bella’s focuses on the ups and downs of a relationship.

In the end, it could just be a way to promote the show and get fans to watch the premiere, but it could have also been genuine as well. In fact, it seems to be a genuine breakup due to the fact that it was supposedly over Cena not wanting children, which is something has been consistent on since the beginning.
