The 4 MVPs of WWE Survivor Series 2018

WWE Survivor Series 2018 is officially in the history books, and it was certainly an interesting show to say the very least.

In a shocking history-making moment, team SmackDown lost every single match, as RAW got the clean sweep, winning 6-0.

Since hosting the Brand extension in 2016, the WWE have tried to promote both shows as equally valuable, despite RAW having an extra hour over SmackDown Live.

However, this clean sweep for the Red brand seemingly implies that the company definitely value RAW over SmackDown, with the Superstars from Monday Nights clearly being shown in a better light.

But out of all the men and women who appeared at the Pay Per View, there were some who just shone brighter than their fellow Superstars.

Here are the four MVPs who stole the show at Survivor Series 2018:

4. Nia Jax

Love her or hate her, there's no denying that Nia Jax is possibly the most discussed woman on the roster.

After concussing Becky Lynch on RAW, Jax has become one of the WWE's most despised heels, which the fans certainly let her know at Survivor Series.

Entering to a chorus of boos, Jax wasted no time in continuing her dominant ways, destroying several of team Blue's women along the way.

However, this wasn't enough for the #FaceBreaker, who turned on teammate Sasha Banks, causing the Boss to be eliminated by Asuka.

Eliminating the Empress to be RAW's Sole Survivor, it's clear that Jax did not want to share the spotlight, though she was cheered on by RAW's Team Captain, Alexa Bliss.

Now with such a huge victory under her belt, Jax will now look forward, to her upcoming RAW Women's Championship Match against Ronda Rousey.

With the Facebreaker more dominant than ever before, can even the UFC legend stop her?

3. Daniel Bryan

When Daniel Bryan turned heel earlier this week, the fans rightly were shocked.

Bryan has been one of the company's most beloved faces for the past 6 years, with his 2-year retirement, and subsequent un-retirement only making the fans love him more.

In his match with Lesnar though, Bryan showed that he was just as good as he ever was, utilizing some classic moves, whilst also showing off his new cocky attitude.

Using a series of submissions to ground the Beast, Bryan showed why he is considered by many as the best wrestler in the world today, with this dream match living up to the expectations fans had.

Whilst Bryan would not win, he certainly showed why even in 2018, the WWE have just as much faith in him as they did 4 years ago.

Now with the Lesnar match in the rear-view mirror, fans can expect a very different Daniel Bryan this Tuesday.

2. Charlotte Flair

Much like her opponent Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair has been a very divisive Superstar.

To some, she's one of the best things in the women's division in recent years, whilst to others, she's merely riding the coat-tails of her Hall of Fame father.

But at Survivor Series, Flair proved herself to be her own woman, in a truly incredible showing against Rousey.

Being announced for the match on Tuesday (due to Becky's concussion), it must've been tough for the two to put a match together, with the majority of fans preferring to see Becky-Ronda.

Despite this, Flair really showed her worth in the match, and whilst she lost by Disqualification, her actions during and after the match, earnt her an MVP spot.

Attacking the Hot Rod, as well as six referees, Charlotte's newfound mean streak feels like a callback to her heel days, arguably when she was most successful.

1.Brock Lesnar

When Brock Lesnar wants to make the effort for a match, there are few who are better than the Beast.

Survivor Series especially seems to be his stomping ground, with Lesnar impressing in a short match against Goldberg two years ago, and a very impressive showing against AJ Styles last year.

Survivor Series 2018 proved to be no different, as Brock and new WWE Champion Daniel Bryan had an incredible match, with the newly-heel Bryan trying to hold his own against the much larger Beast.

In the end, though, it was Lesnar who emerged victorious, planting the YES! Movement leader with an F5 to pick up the win.

Although fans have been very focal against Brock being the Universal Champion again, it's matches like these that prove why he is the top dog on Monday Nights.

Hopefully, we'll get to see more matches like these in the very near future.
