David Starr is one of the best performers in the entire world, and despite his 'Independent' movement in the UK, he will sign for a big company in 2020, and it would likely be the newly formed AEW. It may not seem like it right now, because Starr's movement is so against big corporations, but signing on with All Elite Wrestling (a company he has been positive towards on Twitter) would allow him to showcase his talents and his movement to a much wider audience.
Starr has a unique look, a fantastic all-around wrestler and may be one of the best talkers in wrestling right now. If AEW pushed him correctly, he could be a worldwide star.
