#1 Winner: Tommaso Ciampa

Just when you thought Tommaso Ciampa couldn't be put over any further as a detestable bad guy, he outdoes himself.

Johnny Gargano called Tommaso Ciampa out to the ring after returning from his injury and even teasing retirement. The latter obliged, but referees prevented any brawl from erupting.

Taunting Johnny Gargano mercilessly for his wife trying to call him off, Tommaso Ciampa smacked his foe as he tried to get into the ring. Gargano crashed into Candice LeRae and sent her into the steel ramp, knocking her unconscious.

This was excellent stuff. Now Johnny Gargano has to avenge his wife as well as taking revenge for himself. NXT's most iconic blood feud now got even more heated.
