Winners: Kofi Kingston and Kevin Owens

youtube-cover

This feud needed some extra heat heading into Sunday and it got it. Kofi Kingston has been presented well as WWE Champion and for his part, Kevin Owens looks like he might well win the title on Sunday.

Sami Zayn's involvement is both frustrating and potentially noteworthy. He's established himself as a dark horse to win the Money in the Bank ladder match on Sunday, but as the rules currently stand, he would only be able to cash in on Raw's champion. Does the "wild card" change anything? Might the winners be able to cross brands again as they did in the past?

If that possibility is present, then Sami Zayn could potentially win and cash in on Kevin Owens.

On the one hand, it's an intrigue, but on the other, I'm just so tired of seeing these two together that I was relieved they were on separate brands after the Shakeup, only for "wild card" to undo that. I don't want to see them heavily involved with one another for a long while.

We'll see what happens.
