SmackDown Winner: Roman Reigns

youtube-cover

It seems that every week, Roman Reigns just can't get enough praise. The way this match was handled was magnificent - and that was after beginning SmackDown with a lightning segment seeing him accept Kevin Owens' challenge for TLC two weeks from now.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

After arriving to the main event match on SmackDown late, Roman Reigns took Otis out of commission with the steel steps, then laid a beating on Kevin Owens with a steel chair - subsequently hitting Jey Uso for failure. As the show went off the air, Roman Reigns talked about how he had made it personal and that Owens should have just come after the title.

I don't think it's out of line to say that this version of Roman Reigns is the best thing to happen to WWE in quite some time, or that he's the best in the entire industry right now. He looks unassailable at this point in time and that's the point. It means whoever does take him on and defeat him will look like a bona fide hero.

SmackDown should be exciting over the next few months!
