There are many young men and women in sport at present who are pushing their bodies to the limit to be the best, which is a level that Bianca Belair was once at.
The current WWE Superstar was a track athlete in college and admitted that she had a horrible trainer at the time who would refer to her as the "fat girl" in her track team, which led to her developing an eating disorder.

Fellow WWE star Alexa Bliss has spoken openly about her battle with Anorexia when she was growing up and competing as a cheerleader, and it appears that the competition to be as small as the other women was what fueled Belair's eating disorder as well.
Whilst Bianca Belair has managed to put those days behind her, she was able to open up about them on her recent Chronicle on the WWE Network which will have helped many other women who look up to The EST of WWE and can relate to her struggle.
