Tonight's edition of Friday Night SmackDown was supposed to feature an in-ring confrontation between Daniel Bryan and the WWE Universal Champion Bray Wyatt. Although many questioned the decision of the former WWE Champion to invite Bray Wyatt into the ring, Bryan was determined to get some answers from the latter.
However, when he made his way out to summon his opponent for the upcoming WWE Survivor Series, he got interrupted by The Miz and it eventually led to a match between the two.
The moment Daniel Bryan got the upper hand over The A-Lister, lights went out and The Fiend showed up on the Blue brand. After a brief staredown, The Fiend took out Bryan with the Mandible Claw and in the process, delivered a strong message to his opponent ahead of WWE Survivor Series.
