The Great Khali teases Wrestlemania return

Khali wants to beat The Undertaker

In a recent interview with the Punjab Tribune News Service, the Great Khali teased he will be returning to WWE at Wrestlemania and will eventually defeat the Undertaker. It’s not entirely clear whether he was being serious, as Khali hasn’t been under WWE contract since last November and there’s no way he would ever be booked to beat Taker.

He has also recently been rehabbing for leg surgery and is increasingly finding it more difficult to move around.

Khali currently runs several wrestling training schools in India. He commented: “I have struggled hard to attain this fame. I used to sleep on floor and face racial abuse. I was an unknown face before I joined the WWE. The youth here needs proper guidance to be famous. Punjab is known for its past achievements in sports, especially wrestling, however, the name is diminishing because there is a lack of control.”

He reportedly will be sending 3 students a year to WWE for tryouts.
