The Intercontinental Championship Ladder match was undoubtedly the best match of the evening. Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, and The Miz had already put on a spectacle at WrestleMania 34; with Samoa Joe's addition, the match got elevated to a whole different level.
Right from the beginning, the match was crisp and entertaining. Each performer had his moments with a lot of back and forth action among the four Superstars. The unpredictability of the outcome played a vital role as it kept the crowd on its feet.
Finn Balor seemed to have won the match when he was alone on the top of the ladder, but a heroic leap from the top rope and Rollins managed to rip the title from its hook before Bálor even knew what had happened.
