Tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown will continue the Women's United States Championship tournament. Last week, Bayley defeated Candice LeRae and B-Fab and proceeded to the next leg of the tournament. Whoever wins tonight will face The Role Model in the semi-finals.
Tonight, Bianca Belair, Blair Davenport, and Chelsea Green will step inside the ring in a triple threat match for the tournament. While Davenport and Green only have to worry about the superstars inside the ring, The EST of WWE might have to be cautious about what's going on outside the ring.
The Judgment Day members Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez ambushed WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill on last week's episode of SmackDown. On RAW, the champions returned the favour by putting together a group against the heels and challenge them to a WarGames match. To avenge themselves, Morgan and Rodriguez can invade the blue show again and cost Bianca Belair the tournament match.
The heels of RAW can cause a distraction, and maybe even interfere when the referee isn't looking. By of doing so, Morgan and Rodriguez can help Chelsea Green or Blair Davenport secure the victory.
Kevin Owens will come face-to-face with Cody Rhodes on WWE SmackDown
The Prizefighter was suspended from WWE after executing a Piledriver on Randy Orton, resulting in injuries. Following that, Cody Rhodes demanded to speak to him but Nick Aldis made it clear that he was not bringing KO back to SmackDown until the situation was dealt with.
In latest developments, Kevin Owens announced that the GM has allowed him to be in the arena tonight. He will step inside the ring with Cody Rhodes for a face-to-face segment, but fans can expect it to end in a brawl.
Most likely, WWE will set the stage of a Kevin Owens vs. Cody Rhodes match at Survivor Series WarGames for the Undisputed Championship.
