After Kane defeated The Miz on an episode of Monday Night RAW, he called out Stephanie McMahon and made it clear that she had been on a power trip, but he believed it was What's Best For Business.

Kane went on to tell Stephanie that the "monster is yours to unleash" before handing over his mask. Kane then became Corporate Kane and the Director of Operations for The Authority. In his years with the stable, Kane was part of some of the main storylines and was the man who helped Seth Rollins to climb the ladder and retrieve the Money in the Bank contract.

Kane was part of WWE for more than two decades and made the decision to run for office back in 2017, winning the Republican primary election for the mayoral seat of Knox County, Tennessee in May 2018.

The former World Champion has since made sporadic WWE appearances and even won the 24/7 Championship back in 2019, but is primarily now a politician.
