The real Tribal Chief, babyface debut? - 3 reasons why Hikuleo should join Roman Reigns instead of Solo Sikoa in WWE

As per the latest reports, Hikuleo has signed with WWE and is now part of the Stamford-based promotion. Following his signing, the 33-year-old star is quickly expected to join the Bloodline saga on SmackDown, similar to Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu.

However, there are two sides to this family drama. The first option is joining Solo Sikoa's Bloodline faction, which is currently establishing its dominance on SmackDown. The second option is joining forces with Roman Reigns upon his potential SummerSlam 2024 return and becoming his ally against Solo Sikoa's group.

In this article, we will discuss three reasons why Hikuleo should join the Head of the Table instead of the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief in WWE.

#3. Roman Reigns is still the real Tribal Chief

One of the reasons why Hikuleo should join Roman Reigns upon his debut rather than Solo Sikoa is that Reigns is still the real Tribal Chief in WWE. Roman Reigns earned this spot and the traditional Ula Fala from his family elders when he defeated Jey Uso at Hell in a Cell 2020.

The veteran also had a historic Undisputed title reign, unmatched in recent decades within the company. This cements Roman as the legitimate Tribal Chief of The Bloodline, despite losing the title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL.

Therefore, Hikuleo should join forces with Roman Reigns rather than the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief.

#2. Hikuleo will debut as a babyface star if he joins Roman Reigns

Solo Sikoa and his faction are currently playing villainous characters on Friday Night SmackDown. If Hikuleo joins them on the blue brand, he would need to turn heel upon his arrival in the company. However, he could begin his WWE career as a babyface star if he joins Roman Reigns in his battle against the newest version of The Bloodline.

A babyface debut would help the 33-year-old star receive a positive response from the WWE Universe.

Additionally, since September 25, 2022, Hikuleo has been working as a heroic character after he joined the Guerillas of Destiny. This makes it more sensible for him to join Roman and debut as a babyface star.

#1. Solo Sikoa already has Jacob Fatu on his side

Solo Sikoa's faction already has Jacob Fatu as its newest addition. The Samoan Werewolf has been presented as a dominant star since his debut in the Stamford-based promotion. With Solo already having a monster on his side, Hikuleo should debut by siding with Roman Reigns, as it will give him a better chance to showcase his abilities.

If he joins Solo Sikoa's Bloodline, there is a probability that Jacob's skills might outshine him. Therefore, he should join forces with Reigns rather than the self-proclaimed Tribal Chief.
