Since becoming WWE CCO and Creative Head, Triple H has been tasked with the responsibility of driving the Stamford-based promotion forward. However, The Game is not alone since he has a wonderful team and is surrounded by people like The Rock, who is on the Board of Directors at TKO.
While The Game and The Final Boss have a good relationship, a WWE veteran feels The Final Boss is driving Triple H crazy privately. On the recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's Exclusive, The Coach and Bro Show, wrestling veteran Johnathan Coachman revealed why he feels Rock is driving Triple H crazy.
First, Coachman revealed an incident from the past where he and The Rock were given 12 minutes for a segment while Triple H was in the crossover. However, when The Final Boss came to know The Game was on the crossover, this segment ended up lasting for 23 minutes.
Further, Coachman revealed Triple H and The Rock have never liked each other. The former Interim General Manager also went on to say he thinks Rock is driving HHH crazy privately. Coachman said:
"The fact that Rock is in such a powerful position with TKO. And like, when he left in 2002, I never though he would come back. But now, it's super smart. Why would you turn down $30 million? Why would you do that? Like if I can go back and just perform, and not deal with politics. The performing part is the best part. But I think he is reveling with the fact that he is driving Triple H crazy privately."
After this statement from Coachman, Vince Russo said that along with this, The Rock also does not have to answer to Vince McMahon or anybody. Coachman agreed to Russo's comments and mentioned that he wanted to see what they end up doing for WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
Triple H recently praised The Rock after the conclusion of Bad Blood 2024
At WWE Bad Blood, The Rock made his return to WWE programming for the first time since RAW after WrestleMania 40. While The Final Boss did not say anything, his presence was enough to blow the roof off and excite those watching live and from their homes.
In the press conference after Bad Blood 2024, Triple H had some kind words for The Rock. The King of Kings said one had to be a massive star to do what Rock did with his return at Bad Blood 2024. He said:
"I thought it's amazing the return of Jimmy Uso, and then The Rock showing up. You have to be the biggest superstar in the world to be able to hit your music, walk out, blow the roof off the place, and I am out. It's epic. I'm thankful to him with everything he has got going on in his career and his life. He has never looked away from what brought him to the dance and what his roots are. It's in his DNA, it is in his blood, it is who he is. Anytime we are at a place where he can take that 30 seconds from his incredible schedule to come back and feel that electricity that you can only get in WWE, he does it. I am thrilled for it and thankful for him."
While the WWE CCO said this in the press conference, Johnathan Coachman on The Coach & Bro show said that regardless of what people see on TV, Triple H and Rock do not like each other in real life. Coachman further added the animosity between the two WWE legends is real.
