The Rock made his return to WWE at the recently concluded Bad Blood Premium Live Event. After Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes teamed up and defeated The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu), The Final Boss made an appearance and quickly left, but not before he sent a message to Reigns, Rhodes, and Jimmy Uso.
While The Final Boss also released a video on his Instagram later, he did not reveal much. However, with this return, it's clear The Rock will be involved in The Bloodline storyline, and he could give Roman Reigns the biggest possible shock of his life by revealing Paul Heyman as his Wiseman on SmackDown.
For those unaware, Heyman has not been on WWE programming since he was attacked by The Bloodline on the June 28th edition of SmackDown. This attack was carried out by Sikoa and his stablemates because Heyman refused to acknowledge The Street Champion as his Tribal Chief.
While months have passed by since this incident, and Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso have both returned, Heyman is yet to be seen. There is a chance that the WWE Hall of Famer could turn a mega heel and join forces with The Rock to catch Roman Reigns off guard.
Aligning with Rock definitely has its benefits. Apart from being a widely popular and influential WWE Superstar, The Final Boss is also on the TKO Board of Directors, and this alone is enough to tempt anyone to shake hands with him.
Real-life Bloodline member recently spoke about The Rock's return at Bad Blood
When Rock returned at Bad Blood 2024, the WWE Universe was shocked because no one expected him to appear. Even though The Final Boss did not do much on his return, his presence at the State Farm Arena in Georgia was enough to make the event memorable for many.
In an exclusive chat with Sportskeeda Wrestling, real-life Bloodline member Afa Anoa'i Jr. spoke about The Rock's return at Bad Blood. Anoa'i mentioned that while he knew Rock was in town, he wasn't aware that he would be making an appearance at Bad Blood.
Afa Anoa'i Jr. said:
"I knew The Rock was in town, I didn't know he was going to show up per se. But I knew he was in town filming and stuff like that, so it was only a matter of time before he shows up. I feel like since the whole WrestleMania deal and everything like that. So, it's a good build going into Survivor Series, I feel like."
While WWE has not announced when will Rock appear again, it will be interesting to see what he has to say whenever he comes back. Fans also expect to see the Hollywood star team up with Solo Sikoa's Bloodline to face Roman Reigns' Bloodline at Survivor Series: WarGames.
