In a few weeks, WWE will once again, descend into Hell. For the 10th time, WWE will host the Hell In A Cell pay per view, featuring two Cell matches.
Since it's inception in 1997, the steel structure some of the company's most shocking and iconic moments. Today we look at just five of those moments that were the true personification of Hell, in that cell.
#5 Kane debuts (WWF In Your House: Bad Blood 1997)
When The Undertaker debuted at the 1990 Survivor Series, few people could imagine the impact the Deadman would leave. A morbid, imposing figure, the Phenom has captured the hearts and souls of wrestling fans.
By 1997, the Deadman's past was still a mystery. Fans had learned very little about his past until Paul Bearer returned to torment his former client. Screaming that "KANE'S ALIVE", the fans (and the Undertaker) were shocked.
After dominating Shawn Michaels for the majority of the inaugural Cell match, the Deadman's path of destruction was halted. The imposing younger brother, Kane made his way to the ring, ripped the door off its hinges, decimated his brother, and the rest was history...

#4 Rikishi goes for a ride (WWF Armageddon 2000)
In late 2000, the WWF main event scene was a cluster. New champion Kurt Angle had had the greatest rookie year in the company, dethroning the Rock for the gold. Rikishi had been revealed as the man who ran down Stone Cold the year prior, under the orders of Triple H. The Undertaker had been robbed of the gold at Survivor Series, thanks to Kurt and his brother Eric.
Wanting to settle the matter for good, Commissioner Foley formed the first ever 6-Man Hell In A Cell match. Whilst all men would have their lives changed, none more so than Rikishi.
Ending up on the top of the cell, Rikishi faced the wrath of the Undertaker, who wanted to make somebody famous. And the Deadman certainly did that, throwing the Samoan from the cell, with the big man landing on a truck below.
#3 Edge goes to Hell (WWE Summerslam 2008)
So many iconic Cell moments have featured The Undertaker, it is hard to argue it is his home. In 2008, Edge had thought he had vanquished the Deadman, defeating him in a TLC match.
Unfortunately, Edge's confidence would be his undoing. After being caught making out to his own wedding planner Alicia Fox (not cool Edge), Edge's fiance Vickie Guerrero reinstated the Phenom and booked the pair inside Hell In A Cell.
After a close victory, Undertaker clearly wasn't done, as he pulled the future Hall of Famer on top of a Ladder, slamming him through the ring, before engulfing the Canadian in flames. Edge would be gone for months, before returning at the Survivor Series.
#2 The Legend Killer Vs. The Legend (WWE Armageddon 2005)
Much like Edge before him, Randy Orton thought he had vanquished the Undertaker for good, after defeating the Phenom in a casket match, before setting the casket on fire.
But you can't kill, what's already dead.
Returning at Survivor Series, a cell match was made for Armageddon. Despite his best efforts (and the help of his father Bob Orton), the third-generation star fell to the Deadman, proving that the Hell In A Cell structure truly is the home of the Phenom.
#1 "As God as my witness, he is broken in half!" (WWF King of the Ring
1998)
By far, the most iconic cell moment.
Mere minutes into the match, the Deadman did the unthinkable, throwing Mick Foley from the cell's roof, the hardcore icon crashing through the table below.
Fearing for his life, commentators Ross and Lawler demanded the match to be stopped. But Foley wasn't having it, returning to the ring, only to be later chokeslammed through the cell roof.
Foley lost the match, but won the admiration of everyone viewing the contest.
