The Undertaker faced Mick Foley at King of the Ring in 1998 in what is one of the most talked-about matches of all time. The famous encounter had a special zeal to it right from the beginning as the two men climbed to the top of the cell straight after the bell rang and rest, as they say, is history.

Mick Foley sustained numerous injuries on the course of the match and the WWE Universe was truly astonished upon witnessing the hardcore legend's grit and sheer persistence. The King of Hardcore was forced to seek medical help midway as he was thrown from the top of the cell by The Deadman onto the announcers' table. This got a lot of people out to the arena, including Vince McMahon.

The situation got extremely intense as Mick Foley was wheeled out on a stretcher but the man's passion overcame the immense pain as he suddenly got off the stretcher and walked his way back to the cell, or rather on top of the cell where the two battled yet again.

It was then when The Undertaker choke slammed Mick Foley through the cell to shock the entire wrestling fraternity. The instance is reckoned as one of the most brutal yet famous moments in the history of sports entertainment.

Despite such massive blows, Mick Foley kept going but came up short in the end as The Undertaker prevailed following a Tombstone Piledriver which marked the end of this historic feud.
