#1 Jack Swagger
After a botched win at WrestleMania 26 where he couldn’t even retrieve the briefcase, Jack Swagger was given a push, much to the dismay of fans who didn’t even like the guy. He was obviously raw and was not quite ready to be the face of SmackDown.
Tie it in with the fact that other guys like Christian, Drew McIntyre and Evan Bourne were in the match, he was almost destined to fail. When he won the championship after pinning Chris Jericho, his push suddenly vanished.
A former WWE writer just went after JBL for his comments HERE
Throughout his abysmal title run, Swagger had a pitiful 5-12 match record. Even a lack of a great booking can be salvaged if the wrestler is skilled on the microphone. Sadly, Swagger was petrified to talk in front of the crowd and delivered cringe-worthy promos. After just two pay-per-view defences, he lost the title to Rey Mysterio, thus being one of the worst Money in The Bank winners till date.
After the sad title run, Swagger fell down the card and never climbed up the ranks again. Before long, he asked for his release from the WWE thus ending his tenure at the company.
