2018 was an amazing year for the WWE women's division. Last year, we saw Ronda Rousey make her awesome debut and she changed the entire Raw women's division. Asuka's undefeated streak was over after "The Queen" Charlotte Flair defeated The Empress of Tomorrow against all odds and Becky Lynch is now the most over Superstar in WWE right now.

We even witnessed the first-ever women's Royal Rumble match, Elimination Chamber match, tables, ladders and chairs match and an all-women PPV WWE Evolution and 2019 promises to be even better!

A few weeks ago, Mr McMahon, dressed up as Santa Claus, announced the creation of the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships, which will be active both on Smackdown Live and Monday Night Raw. The women's revolution reaches its climax with the introduction of these titles.

And that is the reason why there is no better place to debut the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships than at WrestleMania 35, hosted in MetLife Stadium on April 7th. Women have become (thankfully) as important as men in WWE because of their active involvement in the storylines and because they are amazing in the ring.

The 2018 Match of the Year was Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair at WWE Evolution in a Last Woman Standing match for the Smackdown Women's Championship. And precisely, Evolution showed us that women can deliver on the biggest occasions and always live up to the high expectations.

It is supposed that a tournament will start after the Royal Rumble pay-per-view and then we all will know who aspire to be crowned the very first-ever Women's Tag Team Champions, and I believe that some legends could come back, like Lita and Trish Stratus or Beth Phoenix teaming up with her former Divas of Doom partner Natalya, even The Bella Twins, who always appear in big occasions due to their significance inside the business and how important they are for the company.

Anyone could be the chosen ones, but there are two names that stand out nowadays: Bayley and Sasha Banks. The Boss 'n' Hug Connection are the fan favourites to take the gold and nothing more, nothing less, than in the Grandest Stage of Them All! They deserve it... Women deserve it.
