What’s the story?
Following the conclusion of this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, we have now learned that three more names have been seemingly added to this year’s WrestleMania 34 card as part of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal match.
In case you didn’t know…
The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal was first initiated at WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans where current Raw Tag Team Champion Cesaro emerged as the very first winner of the prestigious battle royal.

Ever since then the likes of Big Show, Baron Corbin (Who won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on his main roster debut), and Mojo Rawley have all had the prestige of holding the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy.
The heart of the matter
As noted on this week’s edition of Raw, former WWE Intercontinental Champion Goldust cut a promo in order to announce his entry into this year’s Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal match.
He also claimed that following his win at WrestleMania, HBO would have to make a documentary on “The Bizarre One” and vowed that the WWE Universe will never forget the name of Goldust.
In addition, following Heath Slater’s loss to Elias on Raw, he and his tag team partner Rhyno were involved in a backstage interview with Mike Rome were the duo also made the huge announcement of their entry into this year’s Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal match.
Being former and first ever Smackdown Live Tag Team Champions, the duo of Slater and Rhyno seemed pretty confident while announcing their entry into the ATG Battle Royal.
The two men also made a bold prediction claiming that they will be the first ever tag team to win the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal together, and not The Revival.
What’s next?
WrestleMania 34 takes place next Sunday in New Orleans and so far the likes of Slater, Rhyno, Goldust, Scott Dawson, Dash Wilder, Corbin, Tye Dillinger, Rawley, Hardy, Dolph Ziggler, Tyler Breeze, and Fandango have been confirmed for the Battle Royal match.
Author’s Take
The Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal has always been super fun to watch and personally, I’d hope that someone like Dillinger or Ziggler end up winning this year’s Battle Royal match.
