After winning the Royal Rumble match, the Grand Slam Champion took a trip to NXT and teased the idea of challenging Finn Balor for the NXT Championship at WrestleMania. Eventually, the match did not happen as he chose to challenge Roman Reigns instead.
However, now that Finn Balor is a part of Monday Night RAW again, the two can finally compete against each other. Balor did not compete on RAW for several weeks and missed both the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber.

He finally made his return on the latest episode of RAW and teamed up with Tommaso Ciampa to defeat Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode. The first-ever Universal Champion is set to challenge Damian Priest for the United States Championship next week.
Despite this, there is still no obvious opponent for Finn Balor at WrestleMania. One of the best potential options for Finn Balor would be a match against Edge as the two would have an incredible match and Balor would get to have a huge WrestleMania match, which is something he definitely deserves.
