With last night’s TNA Impact television tapings in the books, former X-Division champion Low Ki has announced his departure from the company. Ki, whose real name is Brandon Silvestry, was in the middle of his third return to TNA after returning to the company in June of 2014.
Since then, the “World Warrior” went on to win the X-Division title on two separate occasions, thus making him a four-time champion. It’s interesting to note that Low Ki made his last appearance on Wednesday's Impact, losing to Tigre Uno, shortly after, new BDC member Hernandez made his debut. Former BDC member Samoa Joe also left TNA earlier this year, causing a revolving door in the stable.
This is Low Ki's fourth stint with TNA, as he wrestled for the company from 2002 to 2004 before leaving. He returned in 2006 as Senshi until 2008. He also had a brief appearance in 2011 before returning in April of 2014. He also was released from WWE in 2010. This is what he tweeted:
