There has been a lot of talk regarding the lawsuits surrounding TNA, and the Dixie Carter-Billy Corgan real-life power struggle. In their previous set of tapings, that happened after Bound For Glory; they announced that those would be the last tapings to happen that year in Universal Studios.
They then announced special tapings on The Hardy Compound in North Carolina. However, that doesn’t look like that will be happening anytime soon. Ryan Satin of the Pro Wrestling Sheet reported:
While it is no secret that TNA has lacked the funds, Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that one source said, the lack of funds isn’t necessarily the sole reason the tapings were postponed.
Apparently, the producers wanted to do more with the budget given to them, so they made plans to book things in advance for later in the month, rather than for next week. On the contrary, another source did claim that TNA did not have the funds to fly the talent over to The Hardy Compound.
The report proceeded to state that TNA will breach their TV contract if they don’t produce an episode for November 15th. However, the tapings that lead up to Total Nonstop Deletion, apparently, have episodes that will be airing till December 8th, so it is extremely unlikely that they won’t produce an episode by then.
