Booby Lashley made his way to ringside for the match. Right from the go, Edwards started working on Carter’s injured back from last night’s match. Lashley tried to make his presence felt by holding on to Eddie’s leg. The referee went down to reprimand Lashley when Edwards performed a suicide dive, taking out both Lashley and the referee.
Carter then hit a One Percenter on Edwards but the referee was missing to make the count. In a dramatic sequence of events that followed, Lashley entered the ring and handed a chair to EC3. Carter threw the chair away and flipped Lashley off. Infuriated by this, Lashley speared EC3. Davey Richards ran out and tried to take the chair away from Lashley but he accidentally hit EC3.
