AJ Styles is set for a high-stakes match at WWE Clash at the Castle this weekend. The Phenomenal One can win it all but he could also lose it all. However, quitting does not always mean it is the end of something, but rather the start of something else.

A week after meeting SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis about an Undisputed WWE Championship match, AJ Styles delivered a "retirement speech" and called out Cody Rhodes to pass the torch to be the face of the brand. However, the 47-year-old star blindsided the champion, resulting in both men having a rematch for the title at the upcoming Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event. However, the stakes are higher as it is now an "I Quit" match. However, Styles could take it up a notch and truly quit.

For this list, we will look at three things AJ Styles can do if he quits at WWE Clash at the Castle this weekend.

Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.

#3. AJ Styles could return to TNA Wrestling after more than a decade

Even before joining WWE in 2016, many people were already aware of who AJ Styles was. He formed an incredible record as a wrestler around the world, especially in Japan and TNA Wrestling. Interestingly, he now has more time and freedom to return to his roots.

One of the most talked about wrestling moments recently is the collaboration between WWE and TNA Wrestling, with stars from the latter company such as Jordynne Grace recently appearing on NXT. Due to this, it is more than possible for Styles to do the opposite.

If The Phenomenal One quits WWE after Clash at the Castle 2024, he could appear in TNA Wrestling and spend some time in the latter promotion to make his exit as real as possible. This could even lead to him returning sooner rather than later with a storyline connected with the former IMPACT Wrestling.

#2. AJ Styles could quit as a superstar but find a different WWE role

AJ Styles recently showed a more sinister and darker side of himself on SmackDown. He has clashed with several stars in recent months, and they are not even limited to superstars like himself.

Aside from superstars, another person with whom Styles has clashed is SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis. The authority figure has displayed that he was not scared to go head-to-head with different stars, even with AJ. This weekend, the feud between them could finally materialize if Styles loses.

After Clash at the Castle 2024, The Phenomenal One could shock fans, and Nick Aldis himself, by announcing that he would be an acting co-General Manager of the blue brand or another authority figure. In the coming weeks or months, both men could display tension, which could lead to a match at SummerSlam 2024.

Another trend that has been common in the Stamford-based promotion recently is seeing main roster stars going to NXT and eventually returning to RAW or SmackDown. Among the stars who joined the Tuesday show are Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows.

If Styles does quit after Clash at the Castle 2024, he could join the duo at NXT. In this way, he could mingle with the younger and up-and-coming stars and it will be a whole new roster for him to explore.
