3. Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman has been documenting his body transformation since joining Instagram. He comes across as a really, really nice guy on Instagram as well, which we saw come out in his character on television after his "Get These Hands" catchphrase became an instant hit. If you remember, Braun Strowman was first brought up to WWE's main roster as a member of the Wyatt Family. It didn't last long, and he was overweight, looked bad, and could barely move.

Yes, indeed, Braun Strowman has abs, and look at the veins and striations on this guy! He completely reinvented his body and along with it, improved so vastly in the ring that upon his return that he immediately became a star. It helped that he was in the ring with Roman Reigns and The Big Show, but Braun put in the work and it paid off. This gym selfie is part of the proof. We also get to see his silly side. He can't do that very often when he's the Monster Among Men on WWE television, but Instagram allows him to be Adam Scherr, not Braun
