On 13th January 1997, DDP was involved in an in-ring confrontation with The Outsiders who offered Page with a nWo shirt and asked him to join the group and just when it seemed like DDP had eventually sided with The New World Order, out of nowhere, Scott Hall fell victim to a wicked Diamond Cutter, as DDP made his exit through the crowd and got a hero's reception, whereas, Kevin Nash "tripped" himself and fell face first on the floor.
