The Bar started off the year by defeating Jason Jordan & Seth Rollins for the Raw Tag Team Championships at Royal Rumble. They would hold the titles until Braun Strowman and a child named Nicholas defeated them for the Raw Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania. They then lost a rematch to the Deleters of Worlds and moved to SmackDown Live.

They were involved in a feud with the New Day that ended with the New Day defeating them to gain an entrance in the Money in the Bank ladder match. The Bar would then lose in the finals of a tournament that would decide who would become the number one contenders to the SmackDown Tag Team Titles as the New Day defeated them in one of the best TV matches of the year.

They would finally become SmackDown Tag Team Titles by defeating the New Day (they would become the first team to win the Raw Tag Team Titles and the SmackDown Tag Team Titles) on SmackDown 1000 with help from the Big Show. The Bar has retained the SmackDown Tag Team Titles against the New Day at Crown Jewel and against both the New Day & the Usos at TLC. The 2 will likely feud with Gallows & Anderson in the future.
