NXT put on a wrestling-lite episode that has come to be expected following a Takeover

#1 Zack Gibson

Gibson's ability to both match Dunne's intensity and aggression during the submissions, to his ability to adapt mid-match to counter Dunne's offence.

A lot has already been spoken about Dunne's future potential in the WWE. Gibson just showed that he is well and truly capable of matching the likes of Dunne in the ring. Despite being on the losing end, Gibson's performance against Dunne made the bout the one to watch from the episode.

Gibson is relatively new to NXT, compared to his much-lauded opponent, but shone just as bright as the "Bruiserweight" in their encounter.

Unfortunately, with Dunne already booked to face Undisputed Era in a tag match, it's hard to see where Gibson goes from here.

However, he does seem like another one to watch when the NXT UK program eventually lands.
