Top 3 Performers of NXT UK (October 31st, 2018) - Part 2

#1 Mark Andrews

Prior to the episode, Mark Andrews was not supposed to be in the main event. The advertised main event was between Wolfgang and the Kiwi Buzzsaw. However, after Travis Banks was attacked backstage, Mark Andrews volunteered to take his place to face Wolfgang and send a message to the Coffey Brothers.

The size difference between Wolfgang and Andrews was obvious from the outset, but the blend of Wolfgang's powerhouse style with Andrews quick style was great to watch as both men have clearly mastered the arts of their respective styles.

The moves and transitions were smooth, which hasn't always been the case for the matches on NXT UK programming. This was another worthy main event contender, amongst the many that NXT UK has produced to date. With Andrews hitting the Stundog Millionaire and a clean Shooting Star Press to pick up the victory, only for the Coffey brothers to come out after the match to beat down Andrews.

With Flash Morgan Webster making the save again and evening up the numbers it looked like the fave team might be saved again. However, when Wolfgang came down from the ramp and turned heel, the Coffey's and Wolfgang used their numbers advantage to pick apart both Andrews and Webster.

Hopefully, this leads to a 3 on 3 down the line with the team of Webster, Andrews, and Banks against the Coffey Brothers and Wolfgang.
