Top 5 active factions in the wrestling world

Which factions today compare to the phenomenon that was DX?

#1 The Bullet Club

Where do you think “The Club” came from?

Who else could it have been? The Bullet Club is quite simply, the most dominant faction to have graced the wrestling business, since the days of the nWo. For those of you who don’t know, The Bullet Club is an NJPW faction which is the most over faction in all of wrestling.

Originally formed by Prince Devitt (you might know him as Finn Balor), The Bullet Club has been the ultimate heel faction in Japanese wrestling for years now. With an original lineup of Devitt, “The Machine Gun” Karl Anderson, Bad Luck Fale, and Tama Tonga, they quickly took over NJPW.

Soon joined by Doc Gallows and The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson), The Bullet Club quickly won all the available gold in Japan. While many feared their demise after the departure of Devitt, they found a more than able replacement in none other than AJ Styles.

When they were put under the gun once again (no pun intended) following Styles’ departure, Kenny Omega stepped up to the mark. Now composed of Omega, Adam Cole, The Young Bucks Tama Tonga, Tonga Roa, Bad Luck Fale, Yujiro Takahashi, Adam Page, and Bone Soldier, they are an unstoppable force.

With Omega becoming the first gaijin to win the G1 climax and about to challenge for Okada’s IWGP Heavyweight title, The Bucks holding tag team gold and Cole holding the ROH Heavyweight title, there is precious little to stop the force of nature that is The Bullet Club.
