#3. WWE Brand Split
WWE currently has three major brands, which are RAW, SmackDown, and NXT. The Brand Split is a concept where superstars, as well as other staff, are assigned to specific shows. This made all the shows feel completely different. In this way, WWE was also able to divide its fanbase.

There is a series of WWE games called 'WWE Smackdown vs. RAW' which were only possible because of the Brand Split. Different General Managers are also assigned to create competition between brands.
Along with different colors, WWE also has a completely different superstar roster for each brand. Each brand has talented superstars, who represent the brand as its face. Having a brand split provides WWE with an opportunity to use more varied talent. Some fans watch and support RAW, while some fans are more passionate about SmackDown and NXT. This helps WWE in creating a larger fan base.
The brand split also brings up some more amazing concepts and events like the WWE Draft, Superstar Shakeup, Bragging Rights, and Survivor Series. It is very intriguing when all brands compete with each other at the Survivor Series pay-per-view to determine the best brand in the promotion.
