Bray Wyatt was headed for super-stardom at one time.
If you were privy to watch the rise of Bray Wyatt and the evolution of The Wyatt Family, you should consider yourself fortunate that you witnessed one of the most underrated storylines/factions of all-time.

Following a failed run as "Husky Harris," Windham Rotunda went back to the creative drawing board for a little persona soul-searching. The end result was the absolute masterpiece that we now know as The Eater of Worlds, Bray Wyatt. For several years, Bray Wyatt introduced the WWE Universe to a completely new form of sports entertainment. It was different, but it sure was fun to watch.
Bray Wyatt had the unique capability to captivate entire arenas full of fans, using only his subtle verbiage. Wyatt could speak softly and have the entire crowd hanging onto every word he spoke. Not since Jake "The Snake" Roberts had we seen someone with such raw, creative talent.
In light of recent social media posts and various reports, it would appear that the era of Bray Wyatt is coming to an abrupt and unwarranted end and while I believe Wyatt can come back and create more great storylines, it would be a shame if, in fact, WWE officials are repackaging Wyatt. There is simply too much money still on the table and entirely too many potential memories that will be squandered if Wyatt is no more.

Jonathan Carpenter is a pro wrestling journalist at Sportskeeda. After obtaining a degree in political science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, he started writing WWE articles in 2016. Jonathan believes integrity is vital in journalism and ensures his work is high on accuracy. He conducts in-depth research and verifies information from various sources before curating a feature.
Jonathan has engaged in many meaningful conversations with prominent pro wrestling personalities like Drew McIntyre and DDP. He grew up in Memphis, admiring Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan during WWE’s Golden Era in the ‘80s. He has attended many pro wrestling events and credits The Hulkster for making his childhood memorable.
Jonathan, a big fan of Bray Wyatt, would like to see the latter's brother, Bo Dallas, continue his legacy as Uncle Howdy. If he were to work on the storyline, Jonathan would book the return of Erick Rowan as Howdy’s muscle. He thinks it would be a great way to honor the former Universal Champion.
When not writing pro wrestling features, Jonathan likes to collect sports memorabilia and has amassed a large collection of event-used and autographed relics over the years.
