Bayley, the current SmackDown Women's Champion, certainly deserves a place in this list, considering how she has evolved this year and reached the top of the ladder in women's division. Without a shadow of a doubt, Bayley has had the best year of her career since moving to the main roster.
Bayley, along with Sasha Banks, became the inaugural Women's Tag Team Champions earlier this year. After losing the twin belts at WrestleMania 35, Bayley didn't wait long to grab her next gold. She won the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match this year and cashed in the contract on the same night, becoming the SmackDown Women's Champion for the first time in her career.
Although Bayley dropped the title at Hell in a Cell, she didn't long to win back, and she looks impregnable as the year comes to an end. Given her current storyline with Lacey Evans, Bayley could face the Sassy Southern Belle at Royal Rumble next year.
#1 Becky Lynch

Becky Lynch's name shouldn't be surprising, and she deserves to top this list. In all honesty, it has been the year of The Man, who has taken the women's division to a new height this year. While Lynch is certainly the top female Superstar of the year, it would not be an exaggeration to call her the Superstar of the year, regardless of gender.
The Man started the year on a high note by winning the Women's Royal Rumble match and punching her ticket for WrestleMania. Lynch made history at WrestleMania 35, winning both RAW Women's Championship and SmackDown Women's Championship in the main event. Even though she lost the SmackDown title in her first defense, she is still the RAW Women's Champion. Lynch recently became the longest-reigning RAW Women's Champion, surpassing Ronda Rousey. Flying high this year, Lynch also became the first woman to be on the cover of WWE 2K20, which is the video game of WWE.
