#3 Rumble record breaker
Roman Reigns made his Royal Rumble debut in 2014 as the number 15 entrant. Reigns possibly had the greatest Rumble debut, and one of the best Rumble performances in WWE history.
He went on to break Kane's elimination record of 11 superstars by throwing out 12 in 2014. The 12 superstars he eliminated were Kofi Kingston, Goldust, Dolph Ziggler, Kevin Nash, The Great Khali, Sheamus, El Torito, Cesaro, Luke Harper, JBL, Dean Ambrose, and Seth Rollins.
Reigns was also one of the two final participants, but he ended up losing to Batista. It was a star making performance by Reigns, which might have contributed to the WWE's decision to push him as the next face of the company.
The crowd, which wanted Daniel Bryan all night long, cheered him even though he was a heel at that time, and Batista was supposed to be a face. The audience acknowledged his performance as one of the best in WWE history.
