Paul Heyman is considered as the evil genius behind the success of Extreme Championship Wrestling during the 90s. Although he could create interesting stroylines with ease, Heyman was not that good in the financial sector. This turned out to be one of the main reasons behind the death of that promotion.

Several members of the original ECW roster didn’t get payment for months. The insufficient pay-cheques made them join the rival companies, WCW and WWE.

Heyman nonchalantly dishing out dollar bills, though, is definitely a welcome sight for them. If only it had happened all those years ago.
