#1. WWE Superstars Edge
Edge returned to SmackDown a few weeks ago to challenge WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns for the title. They will square off at Money in the Bank.
While Reigns comes in at number three on this list, his opponent at Money in the Bank is the richest active WWE Superstar today. Edge has a net worth of 14 million dollars. The Rated R Superstar is an accomplished wrestler who has won many championships in WWE, including 11 world titles, and is now aiming for his 12th.
Edge, whose real name is Adam Copeland, has also acted in several movies and TV series. His most recognized acting role came in the award-winning TV series Vikings.
The Rated R Superstar retired from pro wrestling in 2011 due to injury. A year later, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. In the years that followed, Edge made a few sporadic appearances on WWE TV before making a full return to in-ring competition last year at the Royal Rumble.
Following his return, Edge feuded with Randy Orton before sustaining an injury. After another six months of absence, The Rated R Superstar came back to win the 2021 Royal Rumble and challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal title.
Edge competed for the title in a triple threat match against Reigns and Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 37 but failed to capture the championship as The Tribal Chief came out victorious.
