The full quote - "I can. I will". That's literally it.
In the build up to Roman Reigns' WrestleMania 31 clash against Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, nobody wanted to see the former Shield member win the strap. The hatred surrounding him was at an all-time high, and there were genuine fears for Roman's safety at times.
However, one simple slogan changed alot of that - at least, it did for the WWE merchandise team. "I can, I will", is a hopeful message that can spread to all corners of the WWE Universe. It means that no matter how much adversity you face, you can push through and accomplish something if you put your heart and mind into it 100%.
