A Match whose ending resulted in the creation of the first ever Hell in a Cell Match. Shaw Michaels played special guest referee to the match between his hated rival Bret Hart and the Undertaker, for a belt he believed was rightfully his. He had called the match right down the middle till the end.

However, he was knocked out for a small portion of the match and when he returned he saw the a chair in the ring and the undertaker on the mat. An argument ensued between him and the Hitman and HBK tried to knock his head off with the chair. Unfortunately he hit the Undertaker who had just gotten up and he was then forced to count to 3 for his rival.
